At our Chambre d’hôtes, dining is centered around the authentic French Table d’Hôtes experience. Instead of a standard restaurant setting, you join us and your fellow guests at a communal table for a social evening. A few times a week, Petra and Michel prepare a seasonal three-course menu using fresh ingredients from the local markets in Esperaza and Couiza. To ensure everything is perfectly prepared, we kindly ask for reservations at least 24 hours in advance. Whether you have specific dietary needs or a taste for local Limoux wines, we make sure you are well looked after. For the evenings we don't cook, Couiza offers plenty of options, from a large supermarket within walking distance to charming local bistros and the historic Château for a more formal night out.

Many routes even offer the chance for a refreshing swim, so bringing your swimwear is often a great idea.
